"Nohens" is a terraced Victorian townhouse 500 yds from the harbour, restaurants, shops and pubs but away from the main bustle. The house has been stylishly furnished by the owner.

On the Ground Floor, a hallway opens into an open L-shaped kitchen / dining room with double doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped including washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, food processor, cooker, halogen hob and radio with CD and tape recorder.

The Dining Area has stripped floorboards and a glass top dining table seating 8. There is a separate comfortable Sitting Room with TV, DVD, and video player, fireplace, settees and armchair.

Backdoor to large, enclosed Private Garden and Summerhouse with garden furniture.

Upstairs - Bathroom with shower over bath. Double Bedroom with 4' 6" bed and washand basin, tea and coffee facilities, TV and video. Twin Bedroom with tea and coffee facilities, TV and DVD player. Third Bedroom with bunk beds - bottom bunk makes another double.

All beds have mattress protectors, two pillows on each bed, and duvets. Bedding is not included but can be supplied at extra cost.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 and is particularly well equipped being frequently used by the owner herself.

PRICES Very competitively priced from £20 per person per night out of season (from Nov to March, minimum stay two nights).
Deposit 30%, balance 8 weeks before arrival.
