Newlyn Harbour

INTRODUCTION Kenstella is on a slight hill with fantastic views overlooking the busy harbour of Newlyn and Mounts Bay. You can relax in the living room and watch the fishing boats come home with their catches of fish and the yachts racing around the bay - there is always something going on.

Newlyn is a fishing village with a long history. The famous Newlyn School of Art came from here and you can see the places where they were painted. You can also visit the new Newlyn Art Gallery or some of the local art shops. There is a post office, supermarket and fish shop where you can buy your fresh fish with 10% off if you stay at Kenstella. The many pubs and restaurants are all within a one minute walk of the house. There are very good award winning beaches in the area some are within a 10 minute drive the rest no more than 20 minutes. The ferry and helicopter leave for the Isles of Scilly every day from Penzance which is one mile away.

ACCOMMODATION

Kenstella has just been refurbished to a high standard and sleeps 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. All linen is provided.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and washing machine.
Dining Room with table and chairs to seat 6 people, and colour TV.
Living room with fantastic views over Newlyn Harbour and Mounts Bay. Wide screen TV and DVD player and a very comfortable leather suite to relax in.
Bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, wash basin and shaver point.

The house is centrally heated.
Own parking.

Chidren are welcome.
We welcome 1 dog at an additional charge of £20 per week.
Arrival / Departure day is Saturday (can be revised in low season). Arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure time is before 11.00am.
