The apartment is located in a Georgian Country house with a private courtyard garden and barbecue area, communal landscaped gardens and a covered heated pool.

Situated in a beautiful location in Cornwall and close to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and popular coastal towns such as Carlyon Bay, Charlestown and Mevagissey, making it the perfect holiday home to explore Cornwall. Fowey holds many events throughout the year including the popular Fowey Royal Regatta and the Daphne du Maurier literary festival. The dramatic views of the South Cornwall coast and countryside can be enjoyed from the many National Trust coastal walks that are close by.

Furnished with a super king-size bed, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Flatscreen TV with Freeview. En-suite comprises a bath with shower over, his and hers wash basins, w.c. and under floor heating.

Furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables both with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.

Bedroom three
Furnished with twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. A travel cot is provided for any younger guests.

Family Bathroom
En-suite to bedroom one is of a neutral finish comprising a bath with shower over, his and hers wash basins, w.c. and under floor heating. Family bathroom comprises a shower, wash basin, w.c. and underfloor heating.

Living Area
A spacious living area with double doors leading out to a private courtyard garden. Furnished with two 2 seater and one 3 seater brown leather sofas and coffee table. Cosy electric effect fire. Solid Oak floors. TV with Freeview and a DVD player, stereo and radio.

Kitchen
Open plan kitchen dining area with a stylish and modern kitchen. Integrated appliances include an electric range oven and grill, 5 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Full utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Dining Room
Double doors open out to the garden. Large Oak dining table with 6 matching chairs. A high chair is provided for any younger guests.

Outside
Private courtyard garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Communal award winning landscaped grounds. Covered heated swimming pool (available March - October only and for a short period over Christmas). Although the pool is covered it has a retractable roof and sides allowing it to become an outdoor pool in the hot weather. A hot tub, sauna and shower are also in the pool room. Large amount of close by costal paths 12 minutes walk to the local beach and to Fowey town

All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
